LED Lighting at Chili's Restaurants

Chili’s and Maggiano’s Restaurant              Back in 2010, that Brinker, the company that owns the Chili’s and Maggiano’s Restaurant chains announced that they would switch all 827 of their restaurants to LEDs– saving $3.7 million dollars a year. The eateries even claim to prefer the ambiance afforded by the new lighting technology to incandescent bulbs.  The new LEDs’ light is as good or better than incandescent bulbs, is dimmable down to 20%, and uses up to 90% less energy.  Chili’s change out of 125,000 bulbs was the largest LED switch over at that time.

Sure Enough -- a couple of weeks ago I went to a Chili's restaurant near Santa Cruz (California) and noticed the LED lighting... however, it was lunch-time (daylight) and I was near a window; therefore, maybe next-time I will see how it all looks at night-time.

  1. My opinion about led lights is best for any restaurants but situation of area is also affected for maintained led lights. Thank for sharing this post. led light bulbs
