(Nasdaq: VECO) announced that SemiLEDs Corporation (Nasdaq: LEDS) has recently qualified the TurboDisc® K465i™ gallium nitride (GaN) Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) System for high-volume production of high brightness light emitting diodes (LEDs) at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Taiwan.
